Heuristic Evaluation

Heuristic evaluation is subjective and is reliant on the skill and familiarity of the assessors with the intended audience. In order to get deeper insights into the unique needs and preferences of real users, it is frequently advantageous to involve them in the evaluation process through usability testing or user feedback.
By conducting a heuristic review for my case study, I was just able to better understand the usability of my vendor’s app. By utilizing heuristics and identifying areas for development, we can enhance the case study as a whole, the user experience, and user satisfaction.
