For a 1000 floor elevator, the solution is easy and as pied as pied never even peed before, SEWWW, that’s a peeny one. “aLLLRIGHT”, I’ll tell you the ultra-genius peany one of that, FIRST!!!
The simple solution is that IF a floor, for example, is wanted to be TOTALLY PRIVATE and ABSOLUTELY UN-ACCEASSABLE, for ALWAYS, and any amount of time in betweeny, IS, honestly, BY having the ENTIRE THING to be ONLY ABLE to be accomplished BY a professional COMPUTER PROGRAMMER INSERT the CODE that is the ONLY CODE FOR DOING that that is in the COMPLETE SYSTEM OF TOTAL CODING. AND, for SECURITY, that coding needs to obviously be DEEP INSIDE like the greatest SPY CODING, and which is TOTALLY PROVEN AS BEING “”IMPOSSIBLE”” for anyone to break into.

As for SOMETHING HILARIOUSLY, ULTRA-LY MORE, a problem, itty, bittilly, about high building skyscrapers is that the TOTALLY WRONG WAY they build them, IS that in HIGH WINDS, they SWAYYYY, LIKE ZILLIONSSS, and WELL, the TRUTH is that there isn’t even one INSURANCE POLICY of the planut, (PLANUT), that could get your even LEFT TOE on ANY FLOOR ABOVE roughly 100, or something, like that. BUT, there is a CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING WAY of STRUCTUAL ENGINNERING, that can REDUCE the SWAYING from 10 feet, at that height, to 1 inch of an itty bitty one. The way you do that, is that around the entire building perimeter, engineers need to EASILY DESIGN a vertical CABLE SYSTEM, THAT VERY STRONLY, PULLS DOWNWARD on all sides of the building,. and this then prevents sway in ANY DIRECTION. STEEL CABLES have ENORMOUS TENSILE STRENGTH, AND the simplicity of this is to JUST DESIGN THE CABLE SIZE, that can take like ten times the maximum wind load ever.
NOW, there are NO cables like this, and engineers just design BOLT CONNECTIONS, and where they have SHEAR amounts that have to take those wind force loads, AND, they don’t COUNTER STEEL FLEXING, that is like steel columns, vertically, just have a natural flexing amount.
The STEEL CABLES STOP ENORMOUSLLY, ENORMOUSLLY HUGE FLEXING, and that is EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DESIGNED TO TOTALLY STOP!!!
SEWWWWW, a 1000 floor design, presently, is like when it bends to the side, your noses nearly touch CHINA. As far as SCARE FACTOR GOES. Also, that your VIEWPOINT inside is that UP is to the SIDE TOTALLY, STRAIGHT ON, and just AIN’T UP anymore!!! And, disgustingly, the center of the left wall is, ON THAT REALLY FANTASTIC DAY of SHEER FEAR!!!
So, FUN, HUH??? The maximum of any practical design would be about 500 feet, AND the sway could still be 1 inch. The main point about this, IS that even at this height, there could only be one window, five feet wide, and no nearer than 500 feet. (Solid steel-like walls everywhere else.) For any nice design, architecturally, that height max is about 100 feet.
