If your coming from the perspective of a manager or owner you really need to use your best judgment on how much abuse you will take from a customer . 99% of the time if a customer is the biggest source of renevue the lengths you will go to as an owner could be endless. After all its only your employees dealing with the abuse not you . All of this is to say people really need to put their money where their mouth is. A customer that gives you 1 million dollars for a contract may be great for 6 months but as they abuse your team that million drys up pretty fast .
