The Right Car, Right Now

The problem with your example of only needing a car that drives in snow for twenty days a year is this: on the snowy day that I need the car that drives well in snow, everyone else in my region will also need a ride in a vehicle that drives well in snow. On the day I need the large vehicle that can take me and the kids to the beach or Thanksgiving Dinner at Grandma’s will also be the day that other families will be trying to recreate as a family. Or travel over the river and through the woods … Are you arguing that the vehicles themselves will be customizable in real time? Or that Uber surge-pricing is just the beginning of what will become a constantly re-priced way of life?
