Chapter 1 Trading journal #16 - 01/28/2019 +$14

Day overview:

• It was a fine day today, I defiantly was thinking about this Killer mentality (not enough though) But I need to keep doing this, to get where I need to be.
• Overall did a couple of mistakes, otherwise could have been way greener on the day.
• Actually, just review all the trades. I fucked up. I traded setups differently > and got many paper cuts. This is unacceptable for a person with a killer mentality. Lol
• So my goal number one is to take the RIGHT setups. Stay away from the ones where there is no setup.

Trading review:

$TTNP — Morning Pop — $5

LL: my entry here really sucked.

• it should have been a 1st minute entry. Volume was 3 times less on the second candle.

$BIOC — HOD rejection (didn’t trade it right) — $4.25

LL: After morning pop setup — the next one is HOD rejection since it is already above the open.

• Entries for these setups are: Volume peak + 2 close candles on top (rejection)
• Do not add with this setup below VWAP.

$AWSM — $14.25 — HOD rejection (traded the wrong setup)

Once again, this was the HOD rejection setup — not short the pops.

• Traded it completely wrong — hence was not able to make money on it, instead lost something.
• Once again, for these setups, I should wait for a combination of Volume|Price divergence 2 close candles to get in + tape + clear rejection on a higher timeframe 3/5/15

$PCG — $1.50 — Tape scalp — Should have stayed away since no clear setups were provided, except panic action. Should have waited apparently was really clean and did provide good opportunities today after this madness.

$VALE +$38.99 RANGE TRADE + SSR

• Flipped my bias here many times
• Longs worked well, shorts worked well as well.
• Could have traded it better. The moment when the stock was moving higher at 13:01 I should have been less willing to go short. Missed the last opportunity, and got stopped out for one penny.
