Got locked out. Feeling like I disappointed myself. I have to stop forcing setups — they either present themselves or I have no position.

Lessons Learned:

  • I believe my main problems are patience and hence entries. Starting today I need to follow a simple rule for entries. Got stopped out twice in the morning. All other entries after 9:45 are only on the backside — otherwise, I will just keep being locked out constantly.
  • Make sure I’m trading tickers from my playbook. Watch less. Trade less.

$IZEA couple of things here:

  • Shorted into weakness. With stocks like this, my stop can be only 5 cents from my entry. Otherwise, what is left for a move?
  • I knew about the conference and should have stayed completely away from it.

$VHC The only winner that was acting as expected. PM resistance was 4.31 — so basically I was short against this level. The entries were not the best, but I guess…
