Extremely disappointing day:

• I was relying too much on the BookMap
• I got biased again and instead of covering $SEAL and making money 4 times, I allowed it to run me over. Got too tired and was not able to make the right decisions.
• Frontside Stops — BreakEven -Scalp and cover 3/4; Backside Stop — Trailing Stop in the right place — cover 1/4
• Again Recognize when Stock works for you | Stick to it.

Was a clean MATA rejection and the only good entries to be in

I should have known better at the 22 zone. Why would it break down, when it was 2 day low, with no supply overhead?

There was no pressure, either way, no buyer and seller. I should have just let it be alone. It was not a long or short ( I’ve tried all of them) Just a chop,
