That’s the first time I’m trading in this environment — when there is no continuation on the short side almost at all. Solution > get longer, be extremely patient with the entries, and if to lose — lose a really small amount of the lockout on the front side.

  • Paper trading really takes away emotions, but today I was able to feel only 50% of it since in the morning it all felt new. Feels like at some point it allows the mind to be more open to different possibilities. The other thing which I really like — putting trades on paper holds me more accountable than just clicking buttons.
  • I think I was making progress with less or no fighting, and with waiting for the setup. But I still feel like I need this final push to be able to cut all the bullshit and take only good entries in accordance with my setup and risk reward in place. So that’s my goal for this experience: finish this practice with being ok to have only 1 trade with 1 entry during the day if only 1 trade is present.
  • It’s good to be aware of what the environment is if there is a continuation or if stocks are more prone to returning > hence I should have no adds at all unless there is a broken level and then a retest from below and rejection as a confirmation to add.
  • MATA setup itself is not enough to get in — if a stock range bound at the moment (TNXP) holding trend line or support lines — confirmation only comes when these lines are broken, and yes there might be no chance to add with the…
