Chapter 2 Trading journal #62–04/08/2019 Demo Day 3

At this point there are only a few setups that are worth concentrating on for me:

1. MATA
2. MATA fail
3. Anticipation entry = Scalp short. Only conditions to take an entry:
   a) Overextended from 5min 20 MA
   b) Holds above 1 min 20MA and don’t/ barely touch 1 min 20MA
   c) Near Daily resistance — might be over or undershoot.
   d) Take an entry only after the reaction at the level that is being retested — sometimes it might be stuff into the level ( can’t hold/get above) or sometimes it might take the offers out and then stuff.

I do not need to trade any other (subpar) setups at all. There is no need, no point and this is exactly what I’m working on while paper trading.

• Prior to taking an entry or while in the position I really like 5 min bar breaks. Many many times — they break consolidations and invalidate certain setups. So especially after doubtful add, these bar breaks are good exits signals to get out. Or to switch bias if applicable.
• Took 6 trades today. 1 in SCYX and 5 in NBEV — concentration on a stock really helps to pick the right entries. The outcome of the day is probably small green or breakeven.
