What to work on:

  • Today I allowed myself to get influenced. What I need to do is to keep it in mind and be resilient.
  • No matter who tells you what. Keep your risk in check. This is a key moment now. I have to be able to be held accountable and trade right under pressure.
  • Write down every entry on Monday and your thoughts, with where the stop is.
  • All entries should be A in mid-caps too.
  • Discipline. Stop overtrading. That happened to be the issue this week.
  • Having too much size today was not good. I have to stop it.
  • Go over all the charts from the watchlist and see how they played out on 3 minutes.

Go over SPY charts and AMZN to see what’s the range on Fridays and to see if this is a trending day. And where is the point that it will not reverse / or reverse

  • If a trend, how it trends?
  • Add volume profile to all these findings to see if short below y Volume profile and etc
  • Review how the trend end, how much time it needs to reverse, what’s up with the volume
  • 1 coffee ONLY is Mandatory
  • Listen to Brett Steenbarger

Get back to thinking more about low floats premarket. Do they have recent big days volume? How much volume do we need today to chew through them?

Long entries should be only after the bottom + higher low

Never never bring your average up unless there is a confirmation that level holds

I have to a) step back b) make sure that each of my ideas unfolds as I imagined it c) make shire that my ideas have more to them than just a reaction

DBX +$19

UVXY +$8

TTOO -$3

Too much size. I took risk I was not supposed to.

CTL -$6 (not my setup)

RKDA -$24

1 — wrong short setup

2 — If long here. Stop should be at the proper levels.

KHC -$45

Made the mistake of being shaken out. I have to make sure that I’m in with a proper risk.

YRIV -$86

1 — Stupid and impatient entry.

2 — Stupid entry as well

FTCH -$97

1- Chasing longs of the bids, which I know is not a setup

2- Chasing short and getting the worst possible entry.
