How do you measure company culture? You can’t. But you can do this instead.

Very nice post.
Do you believe that one way for a leader to know what’s happening in their company is to get real insights from the company’s meetings?
What I am thinking of is that if we had a way to get an unbiased, context-rich, aligned measurement of the outcomes of people’s meetings (ideas, opportunities, risks, tasks, followups etc) then we could (with a certainty) be able to detect blind possible spots and cognitive biases in the company’s cultural structure. The same way, we could uncover hidden gems and reward people based on their real potential.
One possible way for this to happen is to capture and process a lot of data from meetings (both personal views and contextual-rich facts) using AI to train the system semantically to uncover such cases automatically.
