It’s really a shame some companies don’t “just” get this. It’s obvious but sadly it’s not common. That and punishing everyone when an individual abuses a freedom or perk.

Like “no more working from home for everyone” because Johnny does it often and with no results to show for the time. Just spank Johnny and don’t treat everyone else like a child.
