I think this should be a wake up call to all schools, colleges, universities etc. to include the necessary information literacy education, starting with primary school youngsters brandishing their new iphone toys right through to the clerical and professional staff who are often thrown into handling social media / corporate email accounts that others don’t have the time or inclination to manage.
