Thanks for the insights from the report. As a female working in the tech industry I can second a lot of these issues. There is one line in the report that states a reason for exit is the move to create own enterprises. Thus suggesting that the view at the top in the male-dominated (and created) C-suite is not fulfilling — another point raised in the report. If these enterprises being created are the backbone of a new era, I’d love a report on them to focus on what constitutes the best ingredients women are implementing to fill the void felt at corporate executive ranks. And as such, this be used to help turn the tide at these 50s-era workplaces. Is there such a report?
