Some of my Thoughts
A third party chat app that is made for only one or two platforms is destined to fail. Where is your Android app? Windows Phone? Chrome app? Native Windows 10 Universal app? OS X app? Yes, you targeted a big demographic of people with the iPhone, but more people have Android in the world. If you really are looking to get people to use your app, I think you should look outside the desktop and iOS and onto other platforms. Look at Telegram for example, they support basically every platform imaginable and are becoming super successful and well known because of it.
I feel like your app is destined to fail because of this issue. Without a native app that supports almost all platforms, how will people who do not have an iPhone be able to connect and watch these “Talk shows” happen? Yes, they can open it up on their browser, but who really wants to do that? A native app they have on their home screen gives them a constant reminder about your app and to check on it to see what is going on. Now, you could be having an Android app in development, but by the time it comes out the hype and excitement for your app will have died down and everyone will have moved on since not all their friends can participate in the chats. Anyway, good luck on your new app!
