There is no error message. Infact it returned 200 response but Terraform Cloud shows "Setup Failed" with no information on why it failed. There is no error message till it creates the version. The last upload step is when i see the failed message. My script is here if you would like to take a look. https://github.com/sknaresh2000/terraform-publish-module
