Hi Aaron, long-time fan of your thinking. Looking forward to seeing you at Responsive.org in a few weeks. I think there is a lot of theory about the “why,” but not a lot of practical advice (with examples) for how. Here are some of my questions:
- who are the catalysts needed to help a company shift from a traditional model to more self-organizing patterns?
- how important is it to close the knowledge gap between change leaders and employees that aren’t familiar with the “why”? Can a transformation succeed without everyone in the org investing a lot of time in this education?
- what are some ways that transformation leaders can coach their teams through a transition?
