Bhopal Tribal Museum to hold ‘Jatak Katha’ Festival

Bhopal (India): To mark the occasion of Buddha Purnima, Tribal Museum is holding a special four day fest Yashodhara based on Jatak Kathas (fables) of India.

A Jatak Katha is a play based on the stories narrated by Gautam Buddha, which has a lesson or a message in it. It aims to establish that power and materialistic possesssions are only temporary and what matters is gaining salvation. The festival will be concluded on 7th of May.
