#1 — Jumping Lunges

It is one of the great variation to work on some explosive strength and variation. An excellent workout to make your butt bigger and rounder in no time!

Steps to Follow:

  • Stand on your feet hip width apart, Don’t forget to wrap a booty band around your legs.
  • Step forward with one leg, lowering down on the other side until your knee almost touches the ground by keeping your front foot directly below your knee
  • Push up explosively off of your front foot, trusting your knee upwards and pushing upwards off your back leg to jump into the air
  • Whilst in the air, swap your legs over so you land into a lunge on your other foot.
  • This is one rep try 8–10 reps
  • Repeat same with the other leg

#2 — Thrusters Hip Raise

Another great variation to make your booty look sexier than ever. It is easy to do and really focus on your glutes!

Steps to Follow:

  • Wrap the band around your thighs, just above your knees
  • Sit on the ground with your knees bent, feet flat on the floor and your hands behind you, with your palms pressed to the floor
  • Using your palms and heels for support, squeeze your glutes to raise your hips off the floor until your torso is horizontal
  • Squeeze for 2–3 seconds at the top
  • Slowly lower your hips back down. This is one rep
  • Try 12 -15 reps

#3 — Curtsy Lunges

It will hit additional small muscle group along with that it will help remove some stability whilst working your legs.

Steps to Follow:

  • Take a wide step backward and to the side toward the supporting leg, Don’t forget to wrap booty band around your legs.
  • Sit and bend the knee of the supporting leg. The knee shouldn’t go past your toes
  • Stand up and straighten the legs
  • Repeat 15 times on each leg

#4 — Resistance Squats

Squats are key resistance band exercise for working your whole body, this is because they are really hitting your glutes muscles and make them look bigger, rounder and more curvy.

Steps to Follow:

All you need to do!

  • Stand with band your feet a part, with your toes slightly pointing outwards.
  • Squeeze your leg and core muscles as you lower your body downwards, while putting your hands out in front of you for balance when needed.
  • Lower yourself until your butt is an inch or two off the ground. Hold for 1–2 seconds.
  • Continue to squeeze your leg and core muscles as you raise yourself up again.
  • This is one rep. Repeat 10–15 reps

Tip: Make sure your spine is in a straight, neutral position and your weight is through your heels.
