It’s officially pumpkin spice latte season.

It’s fall, y’all, and if you haven’t yet noticed … Everywhere you go, everywhere you look, there’s pumpkin EVERYTHING.

I’m super excited to have my first PSL of the season, but you won’t see me running to the closest Starbucks to purchase one of these. I don’t know about you, but spending $5 per coffee isn’t a habit I can afford. Not to mention there are about 400 calories and 50 grams of sugar in just one Grande PSL (without whip cream!). That’s just mean. There has to be another way! And there is.

After a few attempts, I’ve figured out a recipe for pumpkin spice coffee creamer that is so good! Prepare it once and have it to use all week long in your morning coffee(s).

Ingredients:

  1. 1-3/4 cups of raw milk (or coconut or almond milk)
  2. 1/2 cup canned organic pumpkin
  3. 3/4 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
  4. 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  5. 1/4 cup of raw honey (or less)
  6. Tiny pinch of salt

Directions:

Add all ingredients into your Vitamix or blender and blend for about 30 seconds. Just add the PSL creamer into your regular coffee and enjoy! Keep in an air tight container in your refrigerator for about a week.
