Wide Awake and Dreaming

Sleep paralysis is perhaps one of the oldest and greatest unexplained mysteries of the human mind. It’s a sleep disorder that has existed for centuries but is only known by few.

The victim is awake but is paralysed and is fully aware that what is happening to them isn’t possible. Many are unable to move their fingers or toes, or even scream out for help.

Episodes of sleep paralysis are often accompanied by unusually powerful and terrifying hallucinations that involve an intruder or supernatural presence.
