I relate to these anxieties a lot. I am constantly judging myself. And when we are judging the result is almost always negative. So I’m trying to move my view to a neutral perspective, just let things pass, notice them, enjoy what you can, it’ll all pass by. I have an inkling the more negatively I judge certain thoughts or movements in my mind, the more attached I become to them. I’m thinking if I just let them pass without judgement, maybe they’ll come up less often, because they don’t really matter ultimately.
