O that’s a sad poem to read. I’m sorry you’re in that place. I’ve been there too and what I want you to know is you can climb out of it. You feel terrible and hopeless now, but there is hope, everything passes, including this terrible feeling of worthlessness. So keep going, believe you can get better and please try and talk to people (your doctor, your family and friends) about how your feeling. It’s okay to need help, we all need it sometimes. Someday, you will be well and be able to use this experience to help someone else feeling the way you are now. Take care and be kind and compassionate towards yourself. John
