In My Most Isolated Moments

I truly feel what needs to be done

Imagine living out my dreams

Of present battles

I’ve already won

Memories of not too long ago

Always pass through

Possessing the slightest inclination

Of those who’ve excelled

Loving what they do

My isolated moment(s)

Appear to be lonely

It’s just the gift in time

Ticking slowly

For me to think about me

The ordinary doesn’t arrive

Provocative thoughts for writing

Come into mind

Some days and nights provide more isolation

Than I truly desire

Every moment alone is meant to be

Inside desolateness feeds my fire

That will blaze me to success

Without losing an inch of soul

Positively reaching out

Achieving my goals
