How is this moral, or ethical? Who wants to crawl into a bear’s den and slaughter the occupants? It’s hard to believe that someone would spend that much time outdoors — dens are not easy to find unless bears have been collared, as wolves now are, for the purpose of hunting them — for such a pitiless and bloodthirsty purpose. It makes one wonder at the ethics and arrogance of mankind, that man would treat God’s fellow creatures with such callousness and cruelty. Who would support such an activity? It defies belief.
