I’m not much on giving advice … in spite of that unsolicited bit I stuck on one of your pieces; but I’ll consider it. In the meantime: The key is self-care. Whatever that means to you. Especially now, assuming you’re still pregnant.
I know you like to run; if you can, keep it up. House deep-cleaning not only relieves stress (as you mentioned), it works with the nesting instinct. If you meditate, definitely keep that up.
