Gotchi Heroes Pre-launch sale, time to go live!
We are finally done and at a point where we can deploy on Polygon Mainnet. Players will soon be able to play and earn GHST and GHERO tokens! We are going to be handling it as a season that lasts 2 weeks. Similar gameplay and rules as the testing rounds we did.
The Pre-launch Sale!
We decided on the pre-launch sale to let the early players get their hands on some discounted Starter and Booster Packs. There will be 5 price brackets each with their own discounted price. That means that the first 2500 Booster packs will be sold at a discounted rate. After this pre-launch sale the prices will go back to normal at 5 GHST per booster pack. As soon as the first bracket’s packs are sold the next bracket’s price will kick in.
Each bracket will contain 500 Booster packs and the prices below are per booster pack.
Bracket 1 : 2.5 GHST
Bracket 2 : 3 GHST
Bracket 3 : 3.5 GHST
Bracket 4 : 4 GHST
Bracket 5 : 4.5 GHST
What about Starter Packs?
While the pre-launch sale is active all Starter packs will be 10 GHST instead of their normal 15 GHST price tag. After 2500 booster packs have been sold the price of starter packs will go back to 15 GHST. Remember you will need a starter pack in order to play. Each starter pack will contain a “PLAY TOKEN” which will allow the account holding the token to be able to play. We implemented this to help battle farming with multiple accounts.

Each pack will contain at least 1 rare and 4 other items that are randomly selected from the item pool.

More than 100 NFT’s can be used in-game, traded, sold, or burned. Each item has its own rarity and quality.
Why the pre-launch sale?
It is time to build up the reward pool for when we start the first season of gameplay. We currently have around 900 GHST in our reward pool and will be adding 50% of all the GHST we generate from packs sales to the reward pool. For those who have tested with us know that top ranked players won GHST and after each testing round it was always paid out, but we now want to expand the rewards to not just top players but all players based on their rank. We have paid out over 1000 GHST already during our testing rounds and gave a way some paarcels as well. Now the next step is to focus on the reward pool and build up funds to improve rewards for players.
