An update on SurveyMonkey Intelligence

After a year of helping people to uncover mobile app insights, we’ll be shutting down the SurveyMonkey Intelligence product.

We will continue to provide new data until December 31, 2016. You will be able to access your account until January 31, 2017. At this point the product will be closed down.

For paid customers, we’ve turned off auto-renew for your account. All prepaid balances will be refunded, and you’ll receive December’s data free of charge. Your plan access will remain the same until January 31, 2017.

Note that this announcement affects only SurveyMonkey Intelligence, our mobile app intelligence product. Your existing SurveyMonkey account that you use to create, send, and analyze surveys will not be affected in any way.

We’re proud of the product we built and the community of mobile app entrepreneurs, developers, and investors, who inspired it. Goodbyes are never easy. But doing this allows us to focus more resources on making our existing products even better.
