We published this small side project many years ago. The latest release was deployed at least two years ago. We are thrilled and proud that many front-end developers found it handy, hope it will find its place in your browser bookmarks too!
In short — this is the tool for front-end developers. Where most of the CSS styles can be edited visually with an instant preview, when desired results are reached, the final code can be grabbed as CSS, SASS, SCSS, or LESS.
