Just Swim! Part 8
Went swimming again today. Was going to go for the full 20x50m but around 17 laps my feet started to feel like they were going to cramp and I just generally wasn’t feeling it any more. I figure if I am consistent with it then building up to 20 and then working on timing is a better way than pushing it too hard now then avoiding it. I didn’t do the exercise bike this morning, woke up a little later than usual and wanted to get to the office.
