Leopard runs faster thanks to a new study finds genetic mutation
Wei Feng network, March 2, and if you ask what is the fastest animal in the world? Sure a lot of people just think of cheetahs in the first. Of course, it is also true–at least for now. According to some calculations indicate that, if it is a hundred-metre run, even for an ordinary Leopard, such athletes to compete with the top bolt, the Cheetah can still make 40 to 50 metres distance, and took the lead through the finish. The speed is terrible, at least, is true for humans.
Why do cheetahs have so strong speed? Many people think that due to its unique size and physical condition. But with similar sized species there are also, why only Leopard outshines it? Although other similar speed nor slow, but it is relatively a lot weaker. Under the United Kingdom, the daily mail reported in a recent study showed that genetic mutations this may be thanks to the Cheetah!
This comes from scientists at a recent Cheetah DNA sequencing, they found that cheetahs surviving generations, there have been 11 genetic mutations, and cheetahs in running speed. This study comes from Russia in Saint Petersburg University, an international team of gene biology information center. Specifically, the Cheetah first appeared in 3 million years ago, there have been 11 genetic mutations, these changes enhance the Cheetah muscle contraction and stress response, so as to enhance their ability to run fast.

Research also points out that once the Cheetah from completely wild to a State of captivity, although their average life span can be extended–this is due to the danger it faces will be greatly reduced. However, they also will be missing approximately 5% of the DNA genetic diversity, which also means that they birth healthy babies and warding off diseases at a disadvantage.
The study was published in the latest issue of the journal Genome Biology. Givenchy iPhone 6 Plus Case
