SMA International Makeup Academy is the leading international makeup academy of Asia with branches in Thailand, India and Myanmar. SMA was originally founded in Bangkok in 2013 and has since developed to be the leading makeup school focusing on professional international education matching world class standards of the best schools in Europe and US.
SMA India was established in 2017 and is managed directly by the founding partners from Scandinavia ensuring the same high quality standards across all branches of SMA.

SMA’s makeup schools in India are located in Bangalore, Delhi and Pune.
SMA Pune is located in the prime location of Koregaon Park surrounded by trendy restaurants, cafes and great night life.
SMA Delhi is located in a safe, vibrant and exciting area of South New Delhi only 1 minute walk from Vinobapuri Metro Station — and only 3 minutes drive from Defence Colony.
SMA Bangalore is located in the dynamic and trendy Indira Nagar less than 2 minutes walk from Indira Nagar subway station.
The management
The management team and instructors at SMA India are the same as in the other academies as SMA’s international instructors are touring between the academies to share knowledge and ensure that standards are aligned between academies.
The instructors
The instructors of SMA are all senior profiles in makeup artistry with international profiles and backgrounds. The instructors are shuffled between the academies ensuring fresh inspiration throughout the courses.
The students
The students of SMA Makeup Academy in Bangalore, Delhi and Pune are 80% from India and 20% are foreigners. Teaching language is English across all the SMA schools.
