How do you think people can understand which type of leader they are? I know self-reflection is one way but you can't really guarantee its authenticity. And more so, how can a person convince themselves of being another leadership type. For example, how would a self-proclaimed personnel manager cope with the idea that their personnel skills are not to the degree as they thought and rather their functional skills are better?
