I love this! The great thing about micro releases, micro pull requests, micro stories is that you have a lot of confidence in the overall product, and if there is a micro issue, it will be found quickly.
The opposite, a long qa process with releases including more changes causes stress, because if QA finds a small something, you can rarely be sure that it has no side effects.
