Have you ever observed a Sunday.

Life calms down. The trees seem to sway in a lazy way, the roads don’t seem like they want to head anywhere, the sun shines brighter.

It’s my observation that humans tend to live more in the moment on a Sunday than any other day. The race of everyday life takes a break. The race that seems like it’s getting everyone to somewhere when actually it’s not cause there is no where to go. Somehow more of us allow ourselves to just “be” on Sunday.

Everyday is a Sunday and everyday is a Monday, everyday is just like every other day but we don’t allow ourselves the freedom to watch the sunrise, see the leaves flutter, listen to the birds chirp, feel the wind…… except on a Sunday!
