I woke up at 4pm
Is it really the right way of living to wake up at 7am to start the day?
I've always been a night owl, since as far back as I can remember I can not sleep when the moon is in the sky. There is no regular time i shut my eyes, only that if it has passed midnight i know I’m to expect to be up a few more hours at least.
Don’t misunderstand, I completed all twelve years of public school, always having to wake up by 6am to get ready with enough time to catch the bus. Even after twelve years of constantly knowing I must get a well rested nights sleep to be able to function to the best of my abilities, I could not force my body to shut down 4 out of 5 days of the school week.
So I ask myself after all these years, I ask you if anyone is reading this, what is my problem to want to stay awake all hours threw the night?
Now I always want to reflect the bright side of things so they don't seem so grim, its a habit I love that i created, especially after being such a depressed human being in my middle school/early high school days.
I love being awake in the middle of the night, almost all of my stories I have written down have come from this increase in adrenaline/creativity I acquire once the clock strikes 12. My mind can wander threw this universe I believe we all have inside this box or skull as some people call it, there is so much that can be created or discovered. For example, just to show you some of the outrageous things I think of once I unleash the beast. I have a theory that if some thing can be thought of/Imagined it will someday be possible or is already true. In the 70's there were movies that have grown to be some all time favorites for a majority of earth people, Star Wars, not so long ago I read in article that NASA was looking into Hyperspeed travel, the spaceship looked exactly like Obi-Wan (sorry if I miss spelled that) space shit when he is tracking down the Bounty Hunter. I believe there was a time of the Aztecs, far before we had Alien contact, that a human looked into the sky and knew that all these stars and galaxies we can see by just looking up, there has to be something out there, some similar to our own species.
After that big rant, if you actually took the time to read this, if you wouldn't emailing me on more of why I cant sleep at night, maybe a link to a website that goes in depth, if you've go threw this yourself, or maybe your a doctor.
