There are several topics that every society, whether it is a first or third-world country, consider as “taboo” and, therefore, are not well-structured or accurately studied at the governmental level for statistical and budgeting purposes. One of such issues that the system of education at the state level in the United States is attempting to decipher its relationship with the rate of pregnancy and other factors is “sex education.” Being a very complex and debatable aspect of a person’s intimate self-exploring and learning, this type of education trails other perspectives and ideologies which may impede a concrete and “special” curriculum…
