This smoothie combines the tart and sweet flavor of kiwi with the added nutrition of chia seeds, creating a refreshing and healthy drink perfect for any time of the day.

Ingredients:

  • 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions:

  • Place the chopped kiwis, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, and ice cubes in a blender.
  • If desired, add a tablespoon of honey or agave syrup for extra sweetness.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
