Great stuff Marco. I have taken resting hr and blood pressure measurements regularly for the last couple of years of my running around 20–45 miles week. I have recently got your HRV training app and was surprised to see how poorly my HRV is compared to HRV training population (male 42). But I suspect this was due to the majority of my runs being at to high intensity and therefore consistency and training load suffered.
