Grapefruit is in season from November through September (http://www.seasonalchef.com/cropchart2.htm), and I just discovered that I can make a Grapefruit Olive Oil cake using a recipe(http://www.sugarandsoul.co/easyrecipe-print/5463-0/) with a twist. Instead of plain cane sugar, I used coconut sugar. It could be better in flavor, but a good try.
