Wet works like brick wall etc. takes long to get dried up even after early completion and make the entire project delayed as it can not be painted unless it is completely dried with plaster and POP punning.
The documents required for the execution of project by different Vendors/Agencies shall have the clear instructions, exact measurements, and specifications. In case of fixtures, the vendor shall be asked to prepare the sample board with different options. The Architect and authorized representative of organization will take a joint call on sample selection. The specifications and the measurements shall be in form of drawing plan.
