Rabri is basically a milk-based sweet dish prepared by boiling milk on low heat for a long time until it becomes dense and changes its colour to off-white or pale yellow. Jaggery, spices, and nuts are then added to give sweetness and additional flavours to it. And finally, when you have it in front of you and you taste it, it feels creamy with the sweetness slowly melting in your mouth slowly. One can't resist closing their eyes.
