It’s a shame they aren’t putting any effort into support though.
Got a Pebble Time Steel, went swimming with it, it wasn’t waterproof as advertised. Logged it with Pebble support (by the only method allowed, webpage). Got an automated response telling me how busy they were (maybe something to do with launching another product) and that the would get back to me soon. That was 8 days ago, nothing back from them. Sent a chaser and got the same automated message back with another case number.
Been a supporter since the first pebble, but thinking about a refund and taking another wearable route where customer care is something more than lip service.
