TEA!!!

This mere word is strong enough to sparkle the eyes of tea admirers.

But but but… don’t get pumped up.

Because the tea that we will be talking about today, is not your regular crisp one, but an Ayurvedic one…

The one which is not going to harm your body in anyway…

But let me be honest, this tea is not gonna taste exactly as your regular one.

However, if health ranks higher than taste on your list, you’re going to love this.

This tea is specially for those who frequently suffer from problems such as cold, cough, slow metabolism, weak immunity, obesity, etc.

So let’s jump directly on to the ingredients and steps for its formation.

This Ayurvedic tea is going to be a blend of 20 powerful Ayurvedic Herbs, namely:

  1. Brahmi

2. Shankhpushpi

3. Dry Rose Petals

4. Dry Lotus Petals

5. Fennel

6. Licorice

7. Tejpatta

8. Dry Ginger

9. Red Sandalwood

10. White Sandalwood

11. Kulanjan

12. Nagarmotha

13. Green Cardamom

14. Black Cardamom (Bdi Elaichi)

15. Arjuna Bark

16. Dalchini

17. Jaifal

18. Banafsha

19. Black Pepper

20. Cloves

So, take all these Herbs in dried form. Then grind them into a powder separately.

Then mix all the powders in equal proportions.

After that store that mixture in either clean glass or air tight container.

Steps of Formation:

  • Firstly, take 1 spoon of that powder and mix it in 1 glass of water.
  • After that, boil it until the quantity is reduced to less than half of the glass.
  • Then, add milk (as per your taste) and boil it until the bubbles starts to rise once or twice.
  • Next, add sugar/mishri if you want.
  • Turn off the flame.

Finally, enjoy your healthy Ayurvedic tea after your breakfast.

You can take it in any season as this is not either too hot or cold in nature.

This is because it contains herbs of both hot and cold nature in balanced proportion.

However, if you are of pitta nature, then just do one thing:

Take black pepper, dry ginger, clove, jaifal and black cardamom in half amount. As they are bit more hot in nature as compared to other ingredients.

So do try it at least once, and let me know how it turned out.

Till then thanks for your time…
