What Hairstyle Suits Your Face Shape?

No amount of weight loss or weight gain can change the shape of your face. It will just be a bigger or smaller version of what it is already. So make the most of it by choosing a hairstyle that suits your face shape the best and brings out your features.

1. Oval

This is the ideal face shape because most hairstyles suit people with an oval face. If you fall under this category, I recommend a long layered look for you or if you want to look longer then Jessica Alba’s long bob or a fringe like Kim’s.

2. Long

Similar to an oval face but tapers at the chin and has a narrower forehead. You may want to give an illusion of an oval face and select a hairstyle that makes your face look less elongated. Again bangs/fringe is an option or you can go for beach waves or curls which will give you more volume. Avoid short hairstyles.

3. Round

People with round faces are cuties. Some of them like the cute look and keep their hair short; a pixie cut, bob or shoulder length and others prefer length to give their face a longer look by opting for longer hair with layers. I prefer short to medium hair for this face shape.

4. Square

5. Heart

A very beautiful shaped face. They usually have great foreheads which shouldn’t be hidden behind bangs. A center parting looks the best on those with a heart shaped face.

6. Diamond
