See, what I said. And I agree, people generally have their own work to do, too. Perhaps your conception of your audience contributes to your ability to explain complicated, subtle (at least to some of us) concepts like structural racism so clearly and even-handedly. Certainly, encountering your comment in the context of so many that defined racism strictly as something overt in the mind (prejudice) or actions (discrimination) of the individual made me appreciate it all the more.
