The rules-based order was extended to every nation willing to join the anti soviet alliance. The americans convinced many nations during the Cold War to join this multicephalous system of checks and balances with distributed centers of power.

Exactly one century after the USSR was officially formed on the 30th of december 1922, the former Soviet empire is facing disintegration. The ex-Soviet space has been collapsing in several waves since 1989.

Since 1945, the benefits of the rules-based were extended to: Saudi Arabia, Iran, South Korea, Egypt, Turkey, China, and others willing to join the Bretton Woods system.

After 1991, the Russian Federation was never fully integrated into this system of globalisation. Without major reforms, it failed to properly integrate the Russian Federation in a way that it would have ensured peace and stability in the region.
