Addressed Kirkland Capital Group’s approach to underwriting and risk management during the pandemic, as well as our focus on small balance Commercial Real Estate debt and planned use of technology including AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning).
2020 January 14: Testified before the Washington State Senate Committee on Environment, Energy & Technology to support the blockchain bill, SB 6065: Establishing the Washington blockchain work group.
2019 November 14: Panelist on the FIABCI Seattle Affordable Housing Summit — Alternative Housing Panel; this event was focused on middle market affordability, i.e. first responders.
