When we started NewGenAngels almost two years ago, our goal was simply to build a community of investors that are able to invest in Frontier markets. Working with these groups of people has often led to conversations about helping our clients to find other things aside from worthy investments especially when they are looking to travel.
Having used some of the current concierge services in London, it became very clear that there is a need to understand the African luxury traveller yet the current service providers haven’t really focused on that market in a similar fashion as to what they have done to cater to Russian/Chinese or other nouveau riche clients from across the world. So we decided to change that by creating NewGenConcierge a natural progression to our existing services but most importantly it allows our clients to be treated with respect no matter where they go.
