Article #1: The macros diet takes calorie counting to the next level: Does it really work?
Over the past 2-ish years, I have heard people really focusing on the “macros.” What their ideal macros are and what they are supposed to eat, etc. When I was in college studying, they were not as much of a focus as they are now, it seems like. From the talk that the people from Endurance Edge said, that they are important, but in the right context. It is more than just Carb, Fats, and Proteins. Everyone is different, everyone has different goals, and everyone has different dietary needs.
I think I will will pay attention to them, but not solely eat around them. Food also has to fit into your life as well. I think that is a really important consideration. Moderation is important in everything.
